This website is published and maintained by Travel Adventures, a partnership firm incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. When you access, browse or use this website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth below.
These terms and conditions constitute a binding contract between the user and the website, with regards to the use of various services that are provided by us. The Travel Adventures website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Travel Adventures website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms, conditions and notices, you must not use the services of Travel Adventures.
Additionally, the Travel Adventures website may contain terms that govern particular features or offers (for example, packages, flights etc.) In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the additional terms or other terms and guidelines contained within Travel Adventures website, then these terms shall prevail.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Kindly review the ‘Booking Terms & Conditions’ in each segment of service provided. These terms and conditions will apply if you use our online booking services mentioned above on our website. Please go through the conditions carefully and if you accept them you can proceed with the respective booking.

Booking Policy

Minimum notice prior to date of availing the service as given below is required to accept the bookings:

Accommodations only – 72 hours

Holiday Package 7 Days

Except for available hotels, Travel Adventures through email will confirm the availability of all other bookings within 24-48 hours of receipt of the same. On receipt of the booking form, Travel Adventures will strive to obtain the booking on the specified dates on a best-effort basis.
Since Travel Adventures depends upon external service providers, it may not always be possible to obtain the booking on the requested date(s). In such an event Travel Adventures will offer you alternative dates and you may opt for alternative dates or cancel the booking.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all the fields/details in the booking form are filled accurately. Travel Adventures will not be liable for any loss arising to the customer whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, arising due to the customer failing to comply with the specific instructions relating to the services being offered through Travel Adventures.
The number of clear days (excluding holidays/Sundays/others or elsewhere specified in the terms and conditions) required to deliver the vouchers/ticket/other papers from our office to the respective locations is also specified against such vouchers/ticket/other papers.
Travel Adventures will require the specified minimum number of clear days to make the delivery. Any transaction, which does not allow/fulfill the specified number of clear days for delivery shall be invalid and will, deemed to have never been entered into between the customer and Travel Adventures, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The customer agrees to co-operate with Travel Adventures during the delivery of the documents/tickets/vouchers etc. and to make necessary payments on or before (since we take advance in all cases) such delivery. In case the customer refuses to take delivery or make payment, the customer will be liable for all the costs incurred by Travel Adventures towards the said transaction.
In case of holidays outside India, Travel Adventures advises its customers to ensure possession of a passport valid for the duration of their trip. The customer may also be required to obtain a Visa for certain destinations.
In case the Indian customers traveling abroad require any further information on passport or visa requirements, they are advised to contact Travel Adventures at their e-mail address for such information.
The booking would essentially be made for the registered user. In the case of multiple bookings, the registered user or the person making the booking must be one of the travelers. The credit card, if used to settle the payment, must be in the name of the registered user or the person making the booking.

Fee Payments

Travel Adventures reserves the right to charge transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the Services. Travel Adventures further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. The user shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the Services.

Modes of Payment

For INDIAN Nationals: 100 per cent advance payment is only acceptable. Following shall be the acceptable modes of payment within India: Cash/Demand Draft/Pay Order on Delivery OR Minimum 7 days advance pick-up of MICR cheques, subject to realization OR Credit Cards of Visa/Master/Diners.

All Demand Drafts/Pay Orders should be made in the name of Travel Adventures payable at Mumbai only.
In case of payment through credit card, the credit card holder must essentially be one of the passengers/customers. In addition, the deliveries would be made only at the billing address of the credit card holder, as given in the credit card.
In case of services (hotels, holidays etc.) booked outside India, payment is to be made out of the BTQ only in USD Travelers cheques or foreign currency. You could also pay for the same in the applicable foreign currency by International credit card, subject to this payment being adjusted against your BTQ. The passenger shall be required to furnish a declaration stating that the above payment has been made/adjusted against his BTQ. This option is only available if you buy your BTQ through us. Relevant provisions issued by RBI would also apply in such cases.
For FOREIGN Nationals or NRIs (people residing outside India, except Nepal): Payments to be made in USD only for the services purchased either by Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Refunds & Cancellation

Cancellation includes cancellation by the customer due to any reason whatsoever including by reason of death, illness and detention of the customer or any relation of the customer.
To cancel the booking, the customer should send Travel Adventures an email notifying the cancellation details. The booking reference number should be a part of the e-mail. Until and unless, the cancellation request in writing is received and acknowledged by Travel Adventures, the request for cancellation will not be considered valid.
Cancellation charges, if any, would be imposed at the time of confirmation of the booking in case of Air-tickets/Hotels/Holidays (please read the terms & Conditions) etc.

In case of Packaged Tours or Holidays inside India (Domestic Holidays)

More than 30 days prior to commencement of tour: USS 50 per person.
Within 15-30 days prior to commencement of Tour: 25% of the Package Price.
Within 03- 14 days prior to commencement of Tour: 50% of Package Price.
Less than 03 days or no show: 100% of the Package Price.

In case of Holiday Packaged tours outside India (Outbound Holidays)

More than 30 days prior to commencement of Tour: INR 1000 per person or 15% of the package price whichever is higher.
Within 15-30 days prior to commencement of Tour: 25% of the Package Price.
Within 03-14 days prior to commencement of Tour: 50% of Package Price.
Less than 03 days or no show: 100% of the Package Price.

Please make a note that

The computation of the period of Notice of cancellation shall commence only when the request for cancellation has been received by Travel Adventures.
In case, if any flight gets cancelled or re-routed, Travel Adventures will not be held responsible for the same. In such cases Travel Adventures reserves the right to take its service charges of USD 70 per ticket.

More on Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation and/or amendment of land packages or air tickets or land tours purchased along with land arrangements shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied or payable to the relevant airline/carrier/vendor/supplier in accordance with such relevant cancellation/refund policy of the airline/carrier/vendor/travel partner. Prior to booking of tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation or amendment fees/charges/payments levied by or payable to the relevant airline or vendor shall be to your account only.

Privacy Policy

The user hereby consent, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understand the privacy policy of Travel Adventures. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such privacy policy are acceptable to him. A detailed privacy policy can be accessed under the Privacy Policy link. You must go through them, if you have not done that yet.

Using the Services

Travel Adventures is responsible only for the transactions that are done by the user through Travel Adventures website. Travel Adventures will not be responsible for screening, censoring or otherwise controlling transactions, including whether the transaction is legal and valid as per the laws of the land of the user. The user warrants that they will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services.
The user further warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the services. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the additional terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular Travel Adventures website, then these terms shall prevail.

Ownership of Content

All material/content on this website, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such like are protected by copyright under International Conventions and Copyright Laws. There are a number of proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks found on this site whether owned/used by or otherwise. By displaying them on this site, we are not granting you any license to utilize those proprietary logos, service marks or trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the contents of this site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes.

Liability of Travel Adventures

Since Travel Adventures acts only as a booking agent, it has no liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the supplier and the customer as regard to the standard of service. In no circumstances shall ITH will be liable for the services provided by the supplier.

The Travel Adventures web sites may contain links to other websites (‘Linked Sites’). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Travel Adventures, and Travel Adventures is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Travel Adventures is not responsible for any form of transmission, whatsoever, received from any Linked Site. Travel Adventures is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site or any association with its operators or owners including the legal heirs or assigns thereof.

Third Party Account Information

By using the Account Access service, the user authorizes Travel Adventures and its agents to access third party websites designated by them or on their behalf for retrieving requested information, thereby appointing Travel Adventures and its agents as their agent for this limited purpose. While registering the user will choose a password and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. The user is fully responsible for all activities that occur while using their password or account. It is the duty of the user to notify Travel Adventures immediately of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. Travel Adventures will not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by the user as a result of unauthorized use of their password or account, either with or without their knowledge. The user shall not use anyone else’s password at any time.

Limitation of Personal and Non-Commercial Use

Unless otherwise specified, the Travel Adventures website is for your personal and non-commercial use. The user may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Travel Adventures website. You shall not distribute exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this website, including but not limited to any text, images, audio or video for any business, commercial or public purpose. As long as you comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use, we grant you a non-exclusive, non transferable, limited right to enter, view and use this website. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this website in any manner.

Changes may be periodically added to the information herein. Travel Adventures may make improvements and/or changes in its website at any time. Any advice received except through an authorized representative of Travel Adventures via its website should not be relied upon for any decisions.
Travel Adventures at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept any customer order without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by Travel Adventures is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by Travel Adventures.
The maximum liability on part of Travel Adventures arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered on the website, shall be limited to the refund of total amount received from the customer for availing the services less any cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no case the liability shall include any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever.
In no event shall Travel Adventures and/or its suppliers/vendors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Travel Adventures website. Neither shall Travel Adventures be responsible for the delay or inability to use the Travel Adventures website or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the Travel Adventures website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Travel Adventures website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. Travel Adventures may provide the user with content such as sound, photographs, graphics, video or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or information. Copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights and laws may protect this material. The user may use this material only as expressly authorized by Travel Adventures and may not copy, transmit or create derivative works of such material without express authorization.
The user acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall not upload, post, reproduce, or distribute any content on or through the Services that is protected by copyright or other proprietary right of a third party, without obtaining the permission of the owner of such right. Any copyrighted or other proprietary content distributed with the consent of the owner must contain the appropriate copyright or other proprietary rights notice. This website may contain services such as email, chat, bulletin board services, information related to various tourist spots, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message (collectively called as, ‘Communication Services’), or may have access to mailing lists or other massage or communication facilities, you agree to use the same only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that while using a Communication Service or using the website or any facility here from, you shall not do any of the following:

General Obligations

Travel Adventures will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details number for booking tickets on this site.

The user is prohibited from posting or transmitting any defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening or unlawful material or any material that could constituted or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Travel Adventures assumes no liability or responsibility arising from the contents of any communication containing any defamatory, erroneous, inaccurate, libelous, obscene or profane material.
Travel Adventures has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Travel Adventures reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Travel Adventures may change, edit, or remove any user material or conversations that are illegal, indecent, obscene or offensive, or that violates policies in any way.
Travel Adventures reserves the right to terminate the user’s access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Travel Adventures reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Travel Adventures’ sole discretion. Severability

Each of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be separate and severable. Should any provision be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the terms & conditions, and the remaining provisions of these terms & conditions shall continue in full force and effect and be amended so far as possible to give valid effect to the intentions of the parties under the severed provision.

Alteration in Published Content

Although Travel Adventures makes every effort to ensure that the description and content on each page of the site is correct, it does not, however, take responsibility for changes occurred due to human, data entry errors or for any loss or damages suffered by any user due to any information contained herein. Also, Travel Adventures does not own or operate airlines and other suppliers and cannot therefore control or prevent changes in the published descriptions. Travel Adventures, therefore, reserves the right to make such changes and in the event of you placing an order with us or choosing to avail of our services, the same will be communicated to you before the confirmation invoice is made.

Modification of Terms & Conditions

Travel Adventures reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the services are being offered through the website including but not limited to the charges for the services provided through the website. The user shall be responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions.

Termination and Access Restriction

Travel Adventures reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the Travel Adventures websites and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Disclaimer on Warranties/Limitation of Liability

Travel Adventures has endeavored to ensure that all the information on the Travel Adventures website is correct, but Travel Adventures neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data or services offered. Complaints

If you have any grievance in respect of services provided by Travel Adventures, the complaint must be notified to us within 7 days of availing the service.
